About the Role: This full-time Executive Support Officer role is an exciting opportunity to join our client's team to provide Executive Level support to the CFO & CEO. In this pivotal position, you will provide high-level executive support and office management services to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.

Character traits required: Flexible nature and willingness to learn Honest Integrity Proactive Personally driven Respectful Team player As a highly skilled, driven and motivated Executive Support Officer, you will demonstrate the below: Provide dedicated and proactive executive-level support to the CEO and CFO. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office systems and procedures. Coordinate executive-level meetings, travel arrangements, and calendars. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required. Coordinate payment of invoices via systems and liaising with external contacts. Manage new staff set-up supporting the CFO and Head of HR. Resolution of facilities issues (e.g., printers, phones, etc.). Track office supply inventory and liaise with external suppliers for purchasing of new equipment/stationery/stock as required, working closely with the CFO. Data entry as requested by the senior management team. Organise functions, gifts, etc., as per policy guidelines. Other general administrative tasks and projects as required.
