Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with key stakeholders to uncover opportunities for operational excellence and process improvement. Facilitate and lead discussions with stakeholders to comprehend the scope of a process re-engineering or an application project, identify and resolve issues related to the businesses process/application needs. Maintain strong, ongoing relationships to drive alignment and successful project delivery. Coaching and Mentorship Coach and mentor stakeholders to embed performance management principles into daily operations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability throughout the organization. Operational Optimization Analyze business workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
