Role Duties Provide support for the Departments Windows Server Infrastructure support. Provide technical advice to clients and other technical resources. Produce documentation, processes, procedures, and reports in line with Departmental documentation standards. Ability to work outside the core support hours of 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Ability to perform on-call duties when rostered. Participate on team support rosters for providing support to our clients and ensuring that the server infrastructure is operating without fault. The Contractor may also be required to undertake other duties as directed by the Manager, Workplace Services. Mandatory Qualifications/Certifications/Skills Expert level experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory. High level of experience with Azure B2C and ADFS. High level of experience with PowerShell Scripting. Experience with ITIL modelled Change and Release Management in a large enterprise setting. Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills High level of experience with writing technical documentation. Experience administering Microsoft Office 365. Highly Desirable Qualifications/Certifications/Skills Experience with Microsoft Systems Center Operations Manager. Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager. Experience with C#. Experience with Microsoft Conditional Access and Security Compliance methodologies. Microsoft Certifications around Server Administration and associated technologies.
