Overview of the Role:
City Motors Group is part of Macarthur's largest family-owned multi-franchise motor dealership. We are now looking for the right candidates with a keen eye for detail to join our successful Service team at Shellharbour.
The Successful Applicant Must have: Proven experience undertaking Minor & Major maintenance & diagnostic work to the highest quality Standards. Able to quickly adapt to the ever-changing technologies across a wide range of vehicles. Working closely with the technical team to ensure correct steps are taken to problem solve faults. Carry out the fitment of a wide range of Automotive Accessories to a high standard of Quality Control. Adhering to checklists and quality control standards. A team player who is focused on providing exemplary quality service. Ability to mentor / provide guidance to junior technicians. Keep up to date with mandatory factory training. Take pride in your ability to problem solve / fault find. Excellent communication skills, both oral & written. Be mature, punctual with a strong work ethic. Reliable, conscientious, adaptable and customer focused. A current driver's licence. A current valid Motor Mechanic Trade Certificate.
