The position The Patient Support Program Coordinator engages with the Patient Solutions Support Manager and collaborates across functions to ensure seamless execution of initiatives across all program offerings. Other role expectations are as follows but are not limited to:
Raise purchase orders, manage invoices, and maintain budget trackers.Handle contract management, documentation, and address any contract concerns with healthcare professionals.Oversee the Nordicare mailbox and monitor daily PV safety information.Coordinate with external agencies, patient support vendors, and respond to sales team inquiries.Conduct annual audits, manage program updates, patient support materials, and Veeva approvals to ensure compliance.Qualifications Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including financial management (budget management, SAP, and COUPA). Health-related education (e.g., pharmacist or nurse) is desirable.Experience interacting with healthcare professionals and approving materials via Veeva Promomats.Ability to work across multiple programs simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is flexible to work in an agile and changing environment.Willingness to share ideas and process improvements to drive a seamless patient experience and program efficiency.Strong communication skills and ability to interact internally and with external agencies with high attention to detail.Working at Novo Nordisk We are a proud life-science company, and life is our reason to exist.
