This includes contributing to the creation, storage, retention, and disposal of both medical and general records. Ensuring the patient records are up-to-date through meticulous maintenance and filing is paramount. Additionally, the incumbent will provide a professional and efficient reception service to patients and visitors accessing the health unit.
