As a Patient Services Assistant your responsibilities will include: Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care dutiesGreet all patients/visitors/guests within the hospital with a friendly demeanour and answer enquiriesGoing above and beyond with caring for our patientsComply with site WHS policy, infection control standards and policy and proceduresAuthority to Work in AustraliaWorking with Children check (if relevant)High level problem solving skillsExcellent Customer Service, organisational and communication skillsEnsure quality service is provided and government regulations are complied with in relation to food safety and infection controlCommitment to service excellenceWork well independently and within a team Why Healthscope?
