(pro rata) + superannuation and salary packagingTemporary up to 27/6/25 and part-time working 7.5 hours per week, additional shifts may be availableAbout the role The Patient Liaison Officer contributes to the effective operation of revenue collection by consulting with patients to establish their private or public admission status, liaising with Commonwealth AusHealth, Private Health Funds and the Department of Veteran Affairs. The role also requires analysing and validating data entered into the computerised patient billing system, rectifying inconsistencies and management of complex patient election forms and queries, providing administrative support as well as training to Nursing, Clinical and Administrative staff.
