Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to make a positive impact in the healthcare industry? SA Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Flow Coordinator to join our team in the Adelaide Hills region, working within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network.
As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective flow of patients throughout our healthcare facilities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and optimising resource utilisation to provide exceptional patient care.
This is a part-time, ongoing position with a 5-day roster, and you will be required to be on-call on weekends. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to SA Health's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare services to the people of South Australia.
