As a key member of the team, the Patient Accounts Administrator is responsible for billing and debtor follow up from Health Funds, DVA and third parties for services provided at Cabrini.
Key responsibilities will include: Raising claims/accounts (Billing) in accordance with the relevant contractsEnsure legislation requirements are met and all relevant documentation is completedFollowing up unprocessed claims, resubmissions and attending to audit casesEnsuring clear lines of communication between the Patient Accounts Department and other Cabrini departmentsEnsuring a high standard of care is provided to all stakeholdersAbout you The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, building upon your skills and enhancing processes.
You will need to have the following:
