About the Opportunity
24 month contract. As the Patient Support Programs Manager, you will manage and optimize post-registration Access Programs ensuring they align with regulatory standards and quality expectations. You will be the key liaison between commercial, marketing, and medical teams, focusing on program closures, compliance, vendor management, and data integrity. Your role will significantly impact program efficiency and patient experience, supporting high-value product launches and operational governance.
Duties
Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with company standards Manage vendor relationships and streamline program delivery Create and monitor content and materials for Access Programs Analyze program data for pricing and performance alignment Compassionate Access, Product Familiarization, and Alternative Access Programs Skills and Experience
Tertiary degree in Healthcare or related science degree Background in medical operations with an interest in commercial roles Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and vendor management Strong organizational skills and project management experience Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams Culture
