Pathology Collector

4Cyte Pathology is Australian owned and operated Private Pathology Laboratory About the role We are looking for experienced pathology collectors in Ballarat and surrounding areas.
Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients, including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring.
Skills and experience Venepuncture experience essential with vacutainer method Collection of blood and other samples from patients Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors Processing of pathology specimens Ability to work alone and participate in the weekend roster in any of our collection centres Clerical duties and processing paperwork Own car and current driver's licence preferred Ability to communicate with the team, referring doctors, and patients Dedication to patient care and service delivery Demonstrated organisation and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritise and work under pressure Basic computer skills Comply with Work Health and Safety regulations Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 Additional Requirements: It is a requirement that a current Working With Children Check clearance is provided upon commencement of employment.
