EUMUNDI SOURDOUGH CO is the Sunshine Coast's premier Artisan Bakery located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. We currently produce and retail an extensive range of Sourdough and Baked Goods made by our own Artisan Bakers.
We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to broaden our offer to include a range of sweet desserts and pastries.
We have a fully equipped Bakery that supplies our Cafes in Doonan and Noosa. We have a loyal local following and also welcome tourists from all around the world who love our quality Cafe Menu and premium Coffee.
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join us full time (40 hours per week) to make from scratch a selection of desserts including Croissants, Eclairs, Tarts, Cakes, Danishes, and Donuts.
To be successful in this role, you must be creative, driven to succeed, well-organised, efficient, and possess good communication skills. You should have a passion for creating delicious pastries and popular desserts and follow social media trends in the art of baking.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef working in a Patisserie, Bakery, Commercial Kitchen, or in wholesale production is required.
