Pastry Chef/Cook

South Bathurst, Blue Mountains & Central West NSW We are looking for a pastry cook or chef to join our amazing team.The successful candidate will have sound and practical knowledge of dough mixing (croissants, puff, short, sweet , sourdough bread etc)- Desing and creation of pastries, cakes, slices and tarts, pies, quiches and sausage rolls.- being able to work efficiently in a very fast paced environment.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
