What You Bring (Please Address These Selection Criteria) Qualifications in a humanities discipline such as counselling, psychology, education, social work, clinical pastoral education, or pastoral ministry.Relevant experience providing high-level emotional and spiritual care.Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise professional judgement.Proven interpersonal and communication skills.Professional level computer skills.Availability and suitability to work irregular and varied weekday shifts as required by the needs of the Pastoral Care department.Ability to work at both the Calvary St Vincent's and Calvary St Luke's campuses, as well as Sandhill & Riverside Views residential aged care.Benefits This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a leading values-based health care organisation.
