The Opportunity:
Join our Geraldton branch as a Parts & Service Coordinator, where you will assist both internal and external stakeholders with all service and parts requests.
You will provide administrative and clerical support, such as planning/scheduling, invoicing, condition report quoting, monitoring WIP, managing documentation and data in systems, assisting with warranty and field campaigns.
You will be the key point of contact for customer queries, handle parts procurement, manage stock integrity, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service.
Roster: Monday – Friday
Salary: $80,000 - $89,400 + Super + annual bonus

Proven experience in inventory control and warehouse systems Basic knowledge of earth moving equipment and parts knowledge Communication and sales skills Computer skills specifically in Microsoft suite and mainframe systems Strong stakeholder relationship skills and customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders Current driving licence (forklift licence will be advantageous) Ready to get started?
