Your Role Will Include Principal point of contact for customers' parts needs and enquiries. Stock and inventory management. Promoting and selling parts products and brands. Applying technical and practical experience and knowledge, ensuring you provide valid and accurate information to customers. Work with suppliers to assist in the supply of products in a timely and efficient manner, meeting reasonable customer expectations. Work as part of a team to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the organisation. Ensure the Dealership brand, its subsidiary brands as well as supplier brands and products are promoted to customers and dealers with the highest regard. To be the successful candidate you must have the following: Self-motivated and driven individual. Experience using pricing analysis tools and systems. Strong follow-up skills with a focus on servicing customer needs. Very well organised, structured & delivery focused. Confident & excellent communication skills.
