Job Description Your New Opportunity: An exciting full-time permanent opportunity exists for a Parts Master Data & Pricing Officer to join our dynamic team based at our National Parts Distribution Centre in Wacol, where you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity in the parts master data file.
This position would be ideal for an experienced truck/automotive spare parts interpreter looking to move away from the front/back counter or phone sales and utilise their skills and experience working for a national distributor of quality OEM brands.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create and maintain spare parts data and pricing records in master data file.
Load vendor price files and assess impact on business.
Pricing of newly created and existing parts in line with marketplace competitiveness and predefined business targets Timely processing and responding to parts and pricing data requests.
Participate in the continuous development and improvement of departmental processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to achieve favourable outcomes for our customers and the business.
About You: Demonstrated spare parts experience within heavy vehicle, automotive or associated industries Experience with an ERP system, such as IDS or ERA, is desirable.
Proficient user of MS Office suite of tools, such as Excel Familiarity with CRM/helpdesk software, such as Zoho, is desirable.
Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to analyse situations and communicate meaning to the business audience.
Communicate effectively and positively with others - the ability to work as part of a team and has a commitment to being a team player.
