About the role We are seeking a technically minded individual tojoin our Spare Parts After Sales Support Team based in Wacol.
In this busy and varied role you will be ourparts 'expert' providing a strong customer focus. The role is responsible for

Similar experience in customer facing roleExperience in spare parts interpretation in an industrial equipment businessExcellent problem-solving skillsGood written and oral communication skillsHigh level of customer service experiencePassionate and focused on workplace Health & SafetyStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to adapt to work requirements and prioritise workloadsAbove all, you will be a team player and enjoy contributing positively to our close-knit team.
