Parts Interpreter Motorcycles BMW/Ducati We are looking for a skilled and experienced Parts Interpreter who prides themselves on their quality customer service and attention to detail.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position, reporting to our Group Aftersales Manager and an integral part of our highly skilled Service Teams.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide advice to our customers Telephone, Counter and Workshop Sales & Quotations Sourcing of Parts Stock Control Liaison with Customers, Dealers, Suppliers, Service Departments, Retail & Trade Outlets Ensure Service Modifications and New Part lines are introduced seamlessly What You Will Need
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter Parts Experience with quality brands such as BMW and Ducati will be highly regarded Parts Interpreter qualifications (or experience to the equivalent level) Full unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license (Forklift License would be an advantage).
In addition, you will also need to be:
A team player Disciplined and self-motivated Customer Service oriented A problem solver with the ability to turn customer complaints to a positive outcome.
