Parts Interpreter - Mackay

The role:
We are currently looking for an additional parts team member in our busy Mackay branch in a full-time role, Monday – Friday.
Reporting to the Parts Manager as an integral member of the Mackay team, you will provide support and advice to our highly valued customers to ensure they receive the right product and service information to meet their requirements.
Responsibilities include: Completion of parts sales ordersMaintenance of the back-order systemStock controlInvoicingService batch picking/packingThe role requires: A technical savvy individual who is confident to learn and use multiple systems, including MS Office applicationsSpare parts knowledge and/or previous experienceTechnical knowledge of diesel engines or automotive industryExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with minimal supervision requiredExceptional customer servicePositive and enthusiastic attitudeAs Health and Safety is crucial to our industry, you will be up to speed with practices and be able to demonstrate this in your work habits.
