Parts Interpreter KewdaleToll Group are on the lookout for a Parts Interpreter at the Kewdale depot who has solid interpretation skills and knows how to treat customers and the business with integrity.The Role - Reporting to the Workshop Manager, this role is Monday to Friday - 10 hr days with flexible start times. Including working every 3rd Saturday for day.You'll have to be able to communicate clearly as you will be answering phone enquiries about parts from customers, plus handling internal requests as well.This role will be responsible for:To receive and store products, components and spare parts received in a timely and efficient manner.Liaise with BU to schedule internal services & maintenance.Ensure that all orders are picked accurately, efficiently and effectively and that all stock records are accurately updated.Monitor and maintain minimum/maximum stock levels ensuring stock is available for scheduled preventative maintenance servicing and are efficiently stored and secured.Liaise and work collaboratively with teams to effectively coordinate parts between relevant workshops and deliver maintenance outputs and effective handovers.Report on variances to the Workshop Manager for short/over supply or incorrect products and liaise with suppliers when necessary.Undertake data entry, reporting functions, workshop requisitions, work order management and records management in accordance with TOLL standards and in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).To be successful this role you will possess:Previous experience within a similar role within Transport/Logistics industry.A positive attitude and appetite to learn.The ability to work in a team environment, as a team member.Forklift Licence (not essential).Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.Computer literacy skills - MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and Outlook.High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment.Join us and take your career to new heights in the fast-paced world of logistics!You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
