For Parts Interpreter OR Counter Advisor to assist customers with their parts needs for a reputable automotive group. Plays a crucial role in ensuring customers receive expert advice and effective service for their automotive needs. A Permanent Full Time role within a family-oriented work culture.Requires: Minimum 2 years experience in similar roles, Certificate in Automotive Parts Interpreting or equivalent qualification desired but not essential depending on experience. No Sponsorship on offer.Salary guide: $55,000 - $60,000 per annum. Relocation assistance for the right candidate.Location: Tamworth & North West NSW Region.Your normal day will involve:Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries from customers and colleagues, offering guidance on available parts, pricing, and compatibility.Job Cards: Raising job cards and processing orders for parts and ensuring accurate and timely documentation and inventory management.Parts Ordering: Sourcing parts from suppliers, coordinating delivery timelines, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of orders.Sales Support: Proactively promoting parts sales, offering upselling opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.Your next employer is a family-owned automotive group in the North West region of NSW, known for its reliability and commitment to customer service.
