Your normal day will involve: Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries from customers and colleagues, offering guidance on available parts, pricing, and compatibility. Job Cards: Raising job cards and processing orders for parts and ensuring accurate and timely documentation and inventory management. Parts Ordering: Sourcing parts from suppliers, coordinating delivery timelines, and ensuring prompt fulfillment of orders. Sales Support: Proactively promoting parts sales, offering upselling opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
