South Nowra Auto Group is presently seeking a Parts Interpreter to join our thriving team. Although prior experience is preferred, individuals with a customer service background and a genuine interest in the automotive industry are encouraged to apply for this exceptional opportunity.We are currently in search of a Parts Interpreter with exceptional customer service skills, who is enthusiastic about learning and developing their career within the automotive industry. As a Parts Interpreter, your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the achievement of sales targets and profit margins through your product knowledge, effective administration, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.For success in this position, the following qualifications are desirable:At least 12 months of experience in a customer service-oriented roleA valid driver's licenseStrong self-motivation, drive, and resilienceExceptional attention to detail and accuracyA professional and polished personal appearanceThe ability to establish trust and build relationships with both internal and external customersA keen interest in the automotive industry and automobilesExceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.The responsibilities and duties assigned to you include:Unpacking stock orders and organizing parts upon arrivalFulfilling general administrative tasks within the parts department as neededSupplying and invoicing parts to Trade, Service, and Pre-Delivery departmentsPreparation and support for yearly inventory checksProviding parts delivery assistance when necessaryFacilitating sales transactions with customers, whether in person or via phone and emailPacking orders for shipmentHere's what we're offering:A secure and amiable team environmentThis position is currently available and requires immediate filling.
