Job Description Your new opportunity:A fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a Customer Support Representative to join our Hazelmere Team.
This newly created role is designed for someone to provide dedicated parts support and business development for an existing and new customer base throughout Perth and Western Australia for the MAN on highway market.

In this role you will: Drive customer loyalty with a dedicated focus on key MAN accounts.Manage the parts function (and extended offerings) of the relevant business entity's profitably and to service the parts needs of the company and retail customers by delivering exceptional customer service.Support customers with parts and service offerings through regular engagement and occasional site visits.Achieve and exceed annual financial operating targets for revenue and gross margin.Liaise with Parts management team to ensure Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Parts Team.Measure actual performance against the business plan and budget to highlight and rationalise major deviations.
Act where necessary to develop either a business opportunity or mitigate a negative situation.
Our ideal candidate will possess: Demonstrated skills and a real passion for managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.High level of parts interpreting in the truck/transport industry.Ability to work autonomously.Ability to provide specialised support to a diverse customer base and or internal team members.Confidence in successfully managing, developing, and growing parts sales.Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.Experience in forecasting, budget planning and managing budgets.Enjoy conducting formal presentations to dealers, clients, and management teams.
