An excellentfull time,permanentopportunity exists for aParts Analystto join our dynamic team based at our Wacol,National Parts Distribution Centrewhere you will support the parts supply chain team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Analyse new On Highway (WST, MAN Truck & Bus, Dennis Eagle) vehicle component sales to identify inventory requirements to ensure we have parts support required to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.Attend meetings with other departments (Sales/ Service) to ensure priority of reviews based on volume and delivery schedule of new product introductions.Provide dealer network with Mandatory and / or Recommended parts stock lists.Assist with customer service enquiries via Phone and ZOHO Ticketing systemSupport customers with technical enquiries by using electronic and written parts catalogues, supplier contact, company knowledge base, physical parts and new vehicles.Any other duties designated by Management.About You: Knowledge / background in heavy duty truck, engine distribution businessKnowledge / background in parts interpretation, customer serviceWillingness and ability to work with computer operating systemsAbility to read, comprehend and summarise technical parts documentsAbility to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to analyse situations and communicate meaning to the business audience.Proficient user of MS Office suite of tools to build reports and present informationCommunicate effectively with others - the ability to work as part of a team and has a commitment to being a team player.Ability to facilitate meetings and drive discussion to meet desired outcomes.Ability to communicate information in a positive manner, i.e. clear, logical, helpful, prompt with colleagues.Why choose Team Penske?
