Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their ranks.Working on a Monday to Friday basis reporting directly to the Production Manager, as a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations and ensuring efficient production, whilst making decisions directly relating to duties and the warehouse environment. What's in it for you?$40 - $45/ph + Super.Ongoing Training and Support.Career Progression.Immediate Start Available.What do you do?Monitor and coordinate the activities of production employees, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.Collaborate with the Production Manager to develop production schedules that align with customer demands and optimise resource allocation.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance quality and operational efficiency.Identify training needs within the production team and develop training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.What do you need:Previous supervisory experience in the Manufacturing Industry.Leadership experience and understanding of manufacturing and production operations.High level of attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and organisation.Forklift (LF) license is preferred but not mandatory.If you're as passionate about this position as we are, please don't delay and APPLY NOW!
