The Partnerships Marketing Executive will work closely with and support the Partnerships Marketing Manager and cluster leads across Sparro's affiliate and partnership marketing accounts. This role will meet and exceed the objectives of clients through the successful development and implementation of online affiliate marketing strategies. The Partnerships Marketing Executive will strive to continuously improve established technical knowledge and work collaboratively with peers and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES Liaise with clients at a tactical, implementation level. Understand client objectives, and communicate / promote agency value and results. Manage and implement client projects, liaising with team members to contribute learnings and ideas to client strategies. Play a supporting role in the growth of our clients through affiliate marketing strategies and key partnership networks. Maintain communication between clients and publishers / networks to implement campaigns and recommend new opportunities. Implement and manage partnership and affiliate contracts and commission structures. Promote the Sparro values and culture. SKILLS 1-3 years' experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Effective project management and excel at working in a team. An ability to understand direction and mobilise with others to achieve a project. Understanding and experience with large affiliate platforms, affiliate tracking models, tools and platforms such as Commission Factory, Impact, Rakuten, etc. Strong verbal and written communication skills in one-on-one settings or in groups or teams. The Partnerships Marketing Executive will work closely with the Partnerships Marketing Manager and Partnerships Account Director, and be able to learn and grow as part of the team through on the job mentoring and support from the team and other senior leaders within the business.
