The role
As the Partnerships Manager, you will identify, develop, and manage partnerships that drive business growth and strengthen our market position. You'll be creating strategic alliances that drive our growth and differentiate us in the market and play a crucial role in building and maintaining high-impact partnerships for both existing and new partners.
This role requires strategic vision, innovative thinking, and a passion for maximising the value of partnerships for both Credit24 and its partners.
Reporting into the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be working closely with our Product Manager and Credit Risk Manager, to ensure a cohesive approach to winning customers.
Responsibilities:

Manage and optimise day-to-day partners relationships that drive growth, improve partner satisfaction, strengthen market position, and enhance brand visibility.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimise partnership performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes and ensure targets and KPIs are met.
Work with partners and internal teams to set up, embed and expand API integrations for lead referral systems.
Accurately forecast opportunities, maximising the value of existing partnerships by understanding partners' strategic priorities and business models.
Research and identify new partnership opportunities, leveraging industry insights and a deep understanding of the Australian financial services market.
Manage and grow a sales pipeline with new partnership opportunities through creative, tailored approaches that resonate with potential and existing partners.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that ensure profitability, sustainability, and long-term revenue growth for both parties.
Work closely with finance and credit risk teams to develop ideas and build business cases, demonstrating the commercial viability of partnerships.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring all partnerships comply with industry regulations and maintain the highest standards.
Oversee the budget for partnership activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while driving returns on investment.

About you
Here's what you will bring to the role and our organisation:

Proven experience in the day-to-day management of partnerships in B2B2C space
Experience in building and expanding sales pipeline to drive sustainable growth
Skilled in executing partnership strategies within financial services (preferred)
Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure sustainable agreements
Strong relationship management skills
Highly analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data and transform insights into actionable, growth-oriented strategies
Positive mind set – 'can-do attitude'
Flexible – happy to roll your sleeves up when needed
Fluent in verbal and written business English
