What You'll Do:
As our Partnerships and Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Clubs SA by driving strategic partnerships and orchestrating engaging events that enhance our brand presence and foster meaningful connections within the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining relationships with existing partners, overseeing individual agreements, and addressing their specific needs.
Driving partnership growth and revenue by implementing strategies to attract new partners.
Developing and executing a partnership maintenance and development plan, in collaboration with the Marketing, Media & Communications Manager.
Meeting partnership financial targets and adhering to budget objectives.
Supervising and coordinating Clubs SA's signature events, including Club Development Program (Metro & Regional), Partner Events, Annual Awards Night and Bi-Annual Trade Show.
Maintaining thorough documentation across all partnership and event coordination areas, including partnership agreements, targets and event management records.
Staying updated on industry trends and issues, liaising regularly with the Membership Manager to ensure alignment with industry standards.
Representing Clubs SA by attending industry functions, forums, and events.
Collaborating with the Marketing, Media & Communications Manager, ensuring they have access to partner, event and branding news and communications.
Assisting the CEO with various tasks as required.
Overseeing and coordinating Clubs SA events, in conjunction with the Membership Manager.
Working with the Membership team, ensuring access to partner products and services are promoted to Clubs SA members.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who possesses:
A minimum of 5 years' experience in partnerships and event management, preferably within the hospitality, community or related industry.
Proven track record of driving partnership growth and managing successful events with precision and creativity.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
A passion for the club industry and a desire to contribute to its growth and success.
A police check is a mandatory requirement.
