What we are looking for:We are looking for a Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator who will support our Partnerships Manager to ensure the successful delivery of engagement activities with key partners to support SANE's service delivery objectives.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Partnerships and Engagement Coordinator who will:
Support the implementation of a Partnerships Strategy including ensuring all strategic partnerships activities are undertaken using appropriate formats, monitoring and processes.Maintain an up-to-date stakeholder/partner database and set up and run reports as requested.Support the roll out of the stakeholder engagement plan, including the maintenance of stakeholder relationships.Develop and coordinate partner communications in conjunction with the Marketing Team.Support the SANE Forums team's partner training and development initiatives, by assisting in creating presentations, and other resources.Coordinate documentation related to partnership targets, goals and KPIs and keep up-to-date records and data.What you will need to succeed in the role:Proven partnership coordination, administration and/or customer service experience.Experience using CRM database (Salesforce desirable) and email tools (Campaign Monitor desirable).Confident public speaking, with experience in facilitating meetings.Strong project management skills with proven experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and ensuring deadlines are met.Experience working with health or government stakeholders.Bring a can-do attitude, demonstrating initiative, in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Certificate in Administration or similar.Please note: all SANE Employees are required to complete compliance checks including, Police Checks, Working with Children's Check, and reference checks.
