We're looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to join our Kick team and help with growing our English-speaking Kick community in both finding new streamers for the platform and in turn growing our Kick global audience.
Join a growing workforce of over 400 employees and help Easygo become a data-driven organisation.Your role with us:As one of our Kick Partnership Account Managers, you will join a closely knit team who are tasked with growing the number of English-speaking streamers on Kick and engaging with the English-speaking audience.
As an integral part of our growth, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new talent, building strong partner relationships, and helping them achieve their streaming goals.
You will work with our various in-house teams to develop and execute strategies that help us continue to innovate and expand our platform while shaping the future for Kick's content.What You Will Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, driving new business opportunities in areas like content promotions, new user acquisition, marketing initiatives, and partner payments.Proactively seek and develop new partnership opportunities, focusing on deal negotiation and partner expansion.Collaborate with partners post-deal to create strategic account plans that foster growth and align with mutual objectives.Identify and surface sponsorship and revenue-generating opportunities.Track and report partner performance metrics, consistently identifying opportunities to optimize partnerships for increased sales.What You Will Bring:At least 1+ year of sales experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.Strong project management skills, with prior experience in account management.A passion for the streaming industry, with a deep understanding of its trends and potential.Fluency in English, both verbal and written.Bonus points if you also have:Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous.Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous.Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom.Some of the perks of working for us:EAP access for you and your family.Access to over 9,000 courses across our Learning and Development Platform.Two full-time Baristas who will make your daily coffee, tea or fresh juice!Daily catered breakfast.Massage Wednesdays - we get professionals to do this!Team lunches and happy hour in the office from 4 pm on Fridays.Fun office environment with pool tables, table tennis and all your favourite gaming consoles.Help yourself drinks fridges and snack shelves."We are a 2024 Circle Back Initiative Employer – we commit to respond to every applicant."We believe that the unique contributions of everyone at Easygo are the driver of our success.
