Job Description The Partnership Manager role involves:
Engaging and developing relationships with financial services partners, guiding them through product vision, implementation, and tactical execution.Identifying and screening potential strategic partners to align with business goals and objectives.Developing and implementing impactful marketing programs in collaboration with partners.Negotiating and securing commercial agreements with strategic partners.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business operations, legal, product, project management, and marketing.Drive business case development, partner onboarding, and program implementation.Formulate and execute strategic and partner-specific plans to achieve business outcomes.Collaborate with partners to launch new features, optimise payment programs, or onboard new partners.Ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.The Successful Applicant A successful Partnership Manager should have:
Experience in business development, relationship management, or partnership roles.Background in payments, including payment processing, payment networks, mobile payments, mobile commerce, or the NFC ecosystem and applications.Experience with APIs and integrations, including working with technical teams to implement solutions.A self-starter mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.Strong interpersonal skills with experience influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams at all levels of an organisation.Strong analytical skills to evaluate opportunities from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives and implement performance tracking and analysis.A positive, collaborative approach with a proven ability to set and achieve outstanding outcomes.What's on Offer On offer for the successful Partnership Manager is:
