Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders across Australia, USA, and Canada.Identify, target, prioritise, and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand ShiftCare's reach and influence.Manage the partners' webinar pipeline, ensuring successful planning and execution of events.Identify and facilitate collaboration opportunities, including social, webinars, ebooks, blogs, whitepapers, and event participation.Oversee and manage the partnership referral program, including tracking and reporting performance.Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership goals with ShiftCare's strategy.Monitor partnership performance and provide regular updates and insights to the CEO.Skills & Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience or proven expertise in partnership management.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through successful partnerships and business development.Proven ability to drive sales through strategic partnerships, including a strong understanding of sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Familiarity with the healthcare sector is advantageous.Join Us:
