The firm is on a steep growth trajectory and a senior person is required to add leadership and capacity to the team in North Queensland. This is an exceptional opportunity and different from most due to the unique way that the firm operates.You will play a pivotal role in advancing the business strategy and driving the firm's growth. You will be a dynamic leader with a strong growth mindset who is passionate about innovation, client relationship cultivation, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.In this leadership role, you will champion initiatives, identify and seize new business opportunities, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional client service. You will work within a collaborative team model, leveraging offshore and virtual resources to meet client needs effectively.The role is North Queensland based but the client may relocate the right candidate and also consider flexible working arrangements.To be considered for this position you should have the following profile:5-8+ years' experience providing wealth management and other financial services for individuals, families, SMEs, and institutions.Highly knowledgeable across all aspects of wealth management; with a contemporary understanding of relevant financial and economic drivers, investment opportunities, risk management strategy, legislative influences, and local and international markets.Business development aptitude, strong business leadership skills, and the ability to develop the practice and team.Ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Driven and pro-active, with an 'entrepreneurial mindset'.If this sounds like you then we'd very much like to hear from you.
