Your Challenge Establish strong relationships with new & existing solution partners/resellers to grow revenue Develop strategic relationships to plan and deliver co-sell activities to create new pipelines according to go-to-market strategyLead the creation of the APAC partner strategyAchieve quarterly and annual pipeline and sales goalsActively build relationships and align with the Ataccama sellers, Sales leaders and PartnersImplement account development plans and understand our partners' goals to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction Find and develop new business opportunities via prospecting through partners, co-marketing activities such as webinars and events, and enablement activities aimed to train our partners on Ataccama positioning to their client baseTrack and record partner information and progress as well as deal activity in SFDCMaintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities Drive bi-weekly syncs with preferred partners in order to achieve sales goals, pipeline and targets etc.
Is This You?
Experience with creating, defining and executing a successful go-to-market & regional strategy with partnersStrong experience in B2B and SaaS software salesMinimum 3-5 years of experience in Partner Sales Manager role Have existing relationships with resellers, consulting and/ or solution partners in APAC region Domain expertise in Data Management is requiredMust be able and willing to travel regularly (at least 30%)You have strong communication skills and are great at building relationshipsYou have a hunter mindset, a can-do attitude, and a strong sense of accountabilityYou are self-motivated and can produce results with minimal oversightYou enjoy presenting and speaking in front of large groups You welcome an international work environment and have flexibility to work across time zonesExperienced with demand generation strategies and market development Do you understand something about IT systems and hardware architectures?
