We're looking for an experienced and motivated sales-driven Partner Manager (Sales) to drive market growth and expand Student.com's presence in the UK by helping to acquire and manage new landlords on our platform.
Job Summary: As a Partner Manager (Sales), you'll oversee the development and growth of key partnerships across your designated region. This role involves driving revenue through outbound and inbound sales activities, developing relationships with property managers and landlords, and expanding our client base. You'll play a pivotal role in achieving regional revenue targets, supporting team growth, and setting the groundwork for Student.com's continued success in the market.
Key Responsibilities: Regional Strategy Development: Define and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with Student.com's objectives, including setting revenue goals and identifying growth opportunities within your region.Account Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for high-value partners, building strong relationships to enhance partner satisfaction, retention, and business growth.Revenue and Market Expansion: Drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities and increasing the number of listings within the region, positioning Student.com as the preferred platform for student housing providers.Team Collaboration and Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and customer success to align strategies and deliver coordinated initiatives that support partner success and satisfaction.Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with new and existing partners, securing agreements that maximize value for both Student.com and its partners.Market Insights and Reporting: Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, identify competitive dynamics, and provide partners with actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports on revenue growth, pipeline status, and regional metrics.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor-level degree.Experience: 5+ years in sales or account management, ideally but not necessarily in software or real estate-related activities, with at least 2 years in a mid-level senior sales role.Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and growing business in a competitive market.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple accounts and objectives within a dynamic environment.Proficiency in CRM software and experience in data-driven sales strategies.Attributes: Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.Comprehensive health insurance, superannuation scheme, and paid time off.Located Remote (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne locations considered).Some travel required.Ample professional development opportunities.
