We're looking for a Partner Growth Manager to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you'll develop our current distribution partnerships to generate new business, retain our valued partners, and boost revenue with our largest and most complex software partners in the region. You'll need a deep understanding of your partner's ambitions, products, and technology, as well as the broader hospitality and retail industry. You will also be responsible for overseeing partner performance, reporting, and managing key stakeholders. If you're ready to take on a dynamic role and drive growth, we want to hear from you!
What you'll be doing:Execute the partnership growth strategy for your region.Manage the handover and onboarding of a portfolio of key software partners into our Partner Programme once they've signed up.Develop and maintain relationships with partners to boost product activations and increase successful referrals for the Lightspeed POS solution.Assess the current partner portfolio's capabilities, opportunities, and risks for accurate forecasting and growth planning.Demonstrate our product suite and provide basic troubleshooting support for partner or merchant inquiries.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be the advocate for your portfolio of partners within Lightspeed.What you need to bring: We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Prior experience in partnerships, channel or account management, and/or customer success (software sales experience is a bonus, but not needed!).Previous experience building B2B relationships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.Ability to train, motivate, and build strong relationships with potential partners.Capability to develop comprehensive strategies for reseller growth.
