The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate & commercial law with a focus on business structuring, M&A, IP, franchising, as well as commercial leasing.

Provide expert legal advice and representation across all areas of corporate & commercial law;Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction;Mentor and support junior associates, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment;Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm.Qualifications and Experience
