Role Overview:
As a Partner at Copenhagen Data, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the business in Australia. You will be responsible for building and positioning data-driven solutions to our clients. Your strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on approach will be instrumental in driving business growth and operational excellence. You will have full P&L responsibility for a segment of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Australian Practice. Align with Copenhagen Data's overall business goals and client needs.
Drive growth through proactive business development activities. Lead proposals, pitch to potential clients, and expand the practice's market presence.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Lead project delivery ensuring delivery excellence and customer success.
Oversee the financial performance of your business segment, managing budgets, forecasts and P&L to ensure profitability.
Build, mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of consulting experience with a background from an established consulting firm.
Currently holds the title of Manager, Principal, or similar with a strong aspiration to advance to a Partner role.
Demonstrated ability to sell consulting services and deliver exceptional value to clients.
Strong personal network within the industry in which you have operated.
Proven experience in managing P&L and driving business growth.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategies into actionable projects.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
Desirable - MAICD or GAICD
