The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate who has developed a particular strength in Private M&A (with Public M&A expertise desirable).
Experience in cross-border investment and transactions, fundraising, managed investment schemes, corporate governance and the provision of Corporations Act advice is also desirable.
We are seeking to add an experienced corporate lawyer who has an interest in developing skills, building networks and experience to our team.
We can offer you recognition for any portable practice that you may have (though this is not required).
We will work with you to develop your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience from a reputable corporate and commercial law practice.
We are looking for a lawyer that has the ability to work closely with partners and clients in a collaborative team environment.
You will have a strong understanding of corporate law and M&A best practices.
