As a Partner in Business Solution and Business Development Banking, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers in the banking industry at the C-Suite level to enhance their bottom line.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will strategically identify technical challenges, understand customer business drivers, and guide appropriate engagement approaches within customer organizations.
Collaborating with our team of business specialists, you will co-create new products and solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs while also leading transformation projects in core banking and lending areas.
Key Responsibilities: Strategically identify technical challenges and propose incremental business value using our portfolio.
Understand customer business drivers and establish buy-in at all levels within client organizations.
Drive the co-creation of new products and solutions alongside our team of business specialists.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges comprehensively.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement using deep industry knowledge.
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience providing solutions to banks for their strategic and transformational initiatives.
Excellent Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics; MBA or PhD is a plus.
Deep expertise in Lending or Core Banking/Transactional Banking.
Extensive network with C-Suite executives within banks in the region.
Strong business acumen combined with solution-selling skills.
Business fluent in English.
