This accounting firm has been around for many years and is well known for being technical tax experts.
POSITION Due to succession planning, the position of Partner-Elect has been created. The role will involve the following:
Work alongside the partners to manage the day-to-day operations of the firm Manage a client list of large SME and HNW clients Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the team Providing high-level advisory and tax compliance services New business development CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA Qualifications Public Practice Certificate/Tax Agent's License is highly regarded but not necessary 15+ years experience within Australian Public Practice Previous management experience A genuine interest and ability to operate as a Partner Exceptional client relationship management experience Exceptional technical tax ability Exceptional communication and presentation skills BENEFITS The successful candidate will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary package that reflects their skills and experiences.
