The Role: We're looking for a proactive Participant Services Officer to join Mai-Wel's team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing participant information, ensuring compliance with NDIS funding requirements, and providing specialist advice to help participants reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities Process and manage participant data with accuracy and efficiency.
Resolve participant queries and escalate when needed.
Work closely with service teams to meet participant outcomes.
Stay up to date with NDIS frameworks and financial policies.
Contribute to reporting, decision-making and system improvements.
Ability to assist team with leave coverage, as required.
About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience working with NDIS funding and frameworks.
Is tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing demands.
Has excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Certificate IV in Business, Administration, or a related field.
