About the Role: As a key member of our service administration team reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be responsible for managing warranty submissions and approvals, assisting with service operations, and ensuring customer repairs are handled efficiently. Your role will be central to maintaining smooth communication with the factory, our customers, and keeping claims up to date.
Key Responsibilities: Represent the Snowy River Toowoomba brand professionally and positively in all customer interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing friendly and effective support. Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all key areas. Assist in the accurate creation of warranty quotes and repairs. Monitor the progress of all claims, keeping track of submissions, approvals and ensuring required parts are ordered. Help schedule customer work promptly and efficiently, enhancing the overall service experience. Work collaboratively with the factory and dealership management at all times. Contribute ideas for process improvement, supporting the team in enhancing customer satisfaction and overall performance.
