Part Time Store Manager- Fashion - Kenmore

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving sales and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a motivated Part Time Retail Clothing Store Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our store. Hours: 4 or 5 days per week

Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and KPI results to achieve budgets and exceed last year's growth.Deliver outstanding customer service and foster customer loyalty.Manage daily store operations, including staffing, stock control, and visual merchandising (VM).Lead and motivate the team, setting performance goals and coaching staff to meet sales targets.Conduct performance reviews, team meetings, and training sessions to ensure staff development.Implement company policies, procedures, and safe work practices.Prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and maintain focus on sales and customer service.Manage rosters, store costs, and staff hours effectively to align with budgets.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Sales growth compared to budget and previous year.Achieving average dollar sales and unit per transaction (UPT) targets.Customer satisfaction and database growth.Training and developing staff to meet performance standards.Core Tasks Include:Customer Service: Ensure best practices in customer interactions, salesmanship, and issue resolution.Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment through coaching and clear communication.Operational Excellence: Manage daily tasks such as opening/closing procedures, stock replenishment, and housekeeping.Visual Merchandising: Execute VM strategies and maintain high presentation standards.Reporting: Provide detailed performance and operational reports as required.Training and Development: Onboard, coach, and support staff in all areas of operations and performance improvement.What You Bring to the Role:Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in IT systems, including POS systems and reporting tools.A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a dynamic retail environment where you can make a real impact.
