About the Role: Become a valued member of our team with this Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sussan.
Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
It's important to note that this position has a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.
POS 1 Week 1 20.5 hours per week Monday 8.45am - 6.15pm (Supervisor) | Tuesday 12pm - 3pm | Wednesday 12pm - 3pm | Thursday 12pm - 3pm | Friday 12pm - 3pm Week 2 20.5 hours per week Tuesday 12pm - 3pm | Wednesday 12pm - 3pm | Thursday 12pm - 3pm | Friday 12pm - 3pm | Saturday 8.45am - 6.15pm (Supervisor) POS 2 Week 1 & Week 2: 19 hours per week Sunday 9.45pm – 6.15pm (Supervisor) | Monday 12pm - 3pm | Thursday 3.45pm - 9.15pm (Supervisor) | Saturday 12pm - 3pm This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
