About the Role: Become a valued member of our team with this Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sportsgirl.
Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI's.
It's important to note that this is a part-time position and has a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.
ROLE 1 Week One - 17.25 Hours: Sunday 9:45am - 3:15pm | Monday 12pm - 3pm | Tuesday 12pm - 3pm | Thursday 12pm - 3pm | Friday 6pm - 9.15pm
Week Two - 21 Hours: Monday 9am - 5:30pm | Tuesday 12pm - 3pm | Friday 12pm - 3pm | Saturday 9am - 5pm
ROLE 2 Week One - 21 Hours: Monday 9am - 5:30pm | Wednesday 12pm - 3pm | Friday 12pm - 3pm | Saturday 9am - 5pm

This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
