We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with their jewellery selections. Provide detailed information about our products, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the store. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements: Previous retail experience, preferably in jewellery or fashion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for jewellery and a keen eye for detail.
